The pre-assembly and integral lifting method shortened the assembly time of each single-span bailey beam to 4 hours, boosting construction efficiency by 50%. An IoT monitoring system was deployed to track the settlement, displacement and stress of the trestle in real time, so as to adjust construction parameters dynamically and ensure structural safety.
